Akkudi ships pan‑India with reliable courier partners and clear delivery timelines. Orders are processed quickly, tracked transparently, and supported by responsive customer care.

Order processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours on business days.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on Sundays/public holidays are queued for the next business day.

Delivery timelines

  • Standard delivery: 5–7 business days from dispatch for most serviceable pin codes.

  • Metro areas typically receive faster delivery, while remote locations may require additional time.

  • Estimated dates shown at checkout and in tracking emails are indicative and may shift due to courier or regional conditions.

Shipping charges

  • Transparent shipping fees are shown at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Free shipping threshold may apply during promotions; when applicable it will be clearly displayed.

Cash on delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on eligible pin codes and order values.

  • A nominal COD handling fee may apply; the amount is displayed at checkout.

  • Please keep exact change ready to enable a contact‑minimized handoff.

Order tracking

  • A tracking link is sent by email and SMS after dispatch.

  • Status milestones include Confirmed, Packed, Shipped, Out for Delivery, and Delivered.

  • If tracking does not update within 48 hours after dispatch, contact support with your Order ID.

Packaging and dispatch

  • Products are packed securely to prevent transit damage.

  • Multiple‑item orders may be split into separate parcels with individual tracking numbers.

Delivery attempts and RTO

  • Couriers usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.

  • If the recipient is unavailable, please coordinate with the courier using the tracking portal.

  • After failed attempts or incorrect addresses, parcels may be returned to origin; prepaid orders are refundable minus two‑way shipping and handling, while COD returns are not refunded.

Address changes and undeliverable orders

  • Address changes are possible only before dispatch by contacting support with the correct details.

  • Orders marked undeliverable due to incorrect address or repeated non‑availability may incur re‑shipping charges.

Delays and force majeure

  • Festive seasons, adverse weather, local restrictions, or courier network disruptions may impact timelines.

  • Akkudi will communicate material delays proactively via email or SMS when possible.

Lost, damaged, or wrong items

  • If a parcel appears tampered or damaged, refuse delivery and notify support within 24 hours with photos.

  • For concealed damage or wrong items, report within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos and the outer label visible.

  • Resolutions may include replacement, reshipment, or refund as per the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Serviceable locations

  • Delivery is available to most Indian pin codes supported by partner couriers.

  • PO Boxes are not supported; provide a complete residential or commercial address and a reachable phone number.

International shipping

  • International shipping is currently not offered; updates will be posted if this changes.

Return window summary

  • Akkudi offers a 7‑day return window from delivery for eligible items in unused condition with original packaging.
